Emily Childs is a helicopter pilot, and while that’s pretty rad, her side gig, being a pro skier who travels the world in search of deep powder and insane lines, is even more badass. But, Emily didn’t have the traditional track into pro skiing, she was never the best, she didn’t stand on many podiums, but what she did have was passion, and the right crew of friends to start making ski edits with. From there, her crew, The Blondes, created a lot of momentum and three pro ski careers. Fellow Blonde, Janelle Yip, asks the Inappropriate Questions

Peter Mehrhof was an early part of the "New School" ski movement but in the long run, Peter cared more about school than being a pro skier. Coming up in Mammoth, Peter was champion water skier and a fast ski racer who eventually made a pivot to the park and pipe and in no time was on the K2 Factory Team. And then Pete chose college and disappeared form skiing, only to resurface behind a boat and a desk in the world of wakeboarding. It's a cool story of a pioneer and engineer. Don Wallace asks the Inappropriate Questions.

Kimmy Fasani is a trailblazing snowboarder who, not by choice, made a huge difference in women’s sports. Kimmy went from “Rider of the Year” to becoming a mom and when we last podcasted, the theme was, “will my sponsors stick by me?”. They did, but really, keeping sponsors is the last of Kimmy’s life worries. Between losing her parents to cancer, to having cancer, to so many other things, Kimmy’s life is not close to as easy as it looks and this podcast and her movie “Butterfly in a Blizzard” give a real look into what it’s like to have the best of times and the worst of times. That makes him the perfect guest this week as snow and football season are right around the corner. And, while Lonie is more known for his work on the gridiron, he loves action sports, especially snowboarding. That love, combined with his hustle, connections and access made him one of the first Red Bull ambassadors in the NFL. Then, after his time in the league, he went on to crush it with GoPro.
